This website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising. We only receive what you choose to email us and the basic logs any web server keeps. Our apps have their own policies, linked below.
1. Who we are
MRPD Tech ("we", "us") owns and operates this website. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to this website. It does not apply to our products, which collect different data and have their own policies. If you use a product, its policy applies to that use:
- MerchantVoice: merchantvoice.in/privacy
- HoiHoi, which operates as HoiHoi Digital: hoihoi.in/privacy
3. What we collect

We process emails on the basis that you chose to send them to us, and server logs for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows, including security and legal compliance.
4. What we do not do
- We do not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
- We do not load scripts or fonts from third parties. Our fonts are served from this website.
- We do not sell personal data.
The links to merchantvoice.in, hoihoi.in and Google Play take you to separate websites with their own practices.
5. Who can see your data
We share personal data only with:
- our website hosting and email providers, who process it for us to deliver these services, and who may process it on servers outside India;
- authorities, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect people's rights or safety.
6. How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your message and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and fault-finding. You can ask us to delete your emails sooner, as set out below.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so;
- have a grievance about our handling of your data resolved.

8. Grievance Officer
Our Grievance Officer can be reached at [email protected]. We will confirm receipt within 7 days and aim to resolve your grievance within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has emailed us, tell us and we will delete the message.
10. Security
We serve this website over an encrypted connection and limit who can access our email and hosting accounts. No system is completely secure, so please do not email us passwords, banking details or other sensitive information.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
